FIRSTS......

We had a couple of firsts the other day. David has been wanting to make ribs for awhile so he finally tried. They were pretty good! The meat was tender but flavor was not quite what we hoped. They were still good though! Then I tried to make gluten-free cookies from scratch. It went ok except for somehow my oven got turned off without me knowing. Well needless to say trying to get the cookies completely cooked didn't work out to well, but there is always next time:)
